Job Summary

The Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to employees and patients, assessing their health conditions, administering medications as prescribed, providing first aid, monitoring patient progress, and promoting health and safety in accordance with established medical standards and organizational policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health conditions, identify their healthcare needs, and provide appropriate nursing care.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized medical practitioners.

• Provide first aid and emergency nursing care when necessary.

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical examinations and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and nursing reports.

• Educate patients and employees on personal hygiene, disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and other health-related issues.
