Qualification

Experience:

• Years of Experience: MBA/MA/BA and 6/8 years of relevant experience in Banking/MFI Sector
• Relevant Experience: minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word skill is mandatory.

Education & Certifications

• Educational Requirements: Management/Business Administration/Business Leadership/Marketing/Management Accounting, Economics, and related field of study. Additional relevant training is desirable.
