Parts Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement spare parts sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with mining, construction, and industrial customers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and service teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.

• Lead the sales team, monitor performance, and prepare regular sales reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in spare parts or industrial equipment sales.

• Proven sales and business development experience in compressors, generators, mining, or heavy equipment is highly desirable.

• Good knowledge of spare parts identification, sales management, and customer relationship management.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and computer skills.
