Plant Manager

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient production, optimize equipment performance, and maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and extensive experience managing crusher plant operations or similar industrial environments, such as cement factories and mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production and achievement of operational targets.

• Supervise plant personnel, delegate responsibilities, and ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.

• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, machinery, and manpower to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

• Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve productivity and plant performance.

• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of plant equipment.

• Prepare and submit operational reports on production, equipment performance, maintenance, and resource utilization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in plant management or operations, particularly in crusher plants, cement factories, mining, or similar heavy industrial environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, production processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
