Job Description

Amen Natural Spring Water is seeking an experienced, high-performing, and results-driven Plant Manager to lead and oversee all operational activities at our natural water bottling plant. The Plant Manager is the site leader responsible for the end-to-end operations of the Amen Water bottling facility. This role ensures that production targets are met on time, within budget, and in total compliance with safety, water quality standards and will drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, or related fields with a minimum of 8 years manufacturing management role experience of which at least 3 years in bottling or food processing environment.
