Job Summary:
The role involves working closely with sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to design suitable solutions and prepare accurate technical documentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable, and able to work effectively under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and technical proposals.

• Review tender documents and identify key technical and commercial requirements.

• Develop technical proposals, solution descriptions, compliance statements, and supporting documentation.

• Work closely with the Sales and Technical Teams to design suitable IT solutions based on customer requirements.

• Participate in customer meetings and deliver technical presentations when required.

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), technical specifications, solution comparisons, and cost estimates.

• Research and recommend appropriate IT products, technologies, and solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain technical information and prepare competitive proposals.

• Ensure proposals and tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

 Salary: - As per Company Scale

Job Requirements

Education Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related Field.

• 1-2 years of experience in Pre-sales, Technical Sales, or a related role.

• Good knowledge of IT solutions, products, and technologies.

• Practical experience in tender preparation and proposal development.

• Good understanding of technical specifications, solution design, and IT infrastructure.

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
