PRIMARY COORDINATOR – GERMAN CAMPUS
Job Description
Transcend International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic iPrimary Coordinator
to provide instructional and academic leadership across the iPrimary section. The successful
candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality learning, ensure effective
implementation of the Pearson International Curriculum, monitor student progress, and
contribute to continuous improvement across the section.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the effective implementation of the Pearson iPrimary Curriculum.
Provide instructional guidance, coaching, and support to teachers.
Monitor teaching, learning, assessment, and student progress.
Support curriculum planning and academic quality assurance.
Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, academic leaders, parents, and school management.
Contribute to staff development and continuous school improvement.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Proven experience in academic or middle leadership within an international school.
Strong knowledge of the Pearson International Curriculum, particularly iPrimary.
Strong instructional leadership and classroom observation skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Strong commitment to student development and academic excellence.
International-school experience required; local citizenship with international-school
experience is preferred.
