Job Summary

We are looking to hire Primary School Teachers in the following fields: Amharic, English, Sport Science, and Information Technology.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience

• Salary: ETB 7,500–8,000 net per month, with additional income opportunities through after-class tutorial programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teaching and Lesson Delivery: Prepare daily lessons based on the national curriculum, present subjects clearly, and help students understand core concepts.

• Classroom Management: Keep order in the classroom, set clear rules for behavior, and ensure all students feel safe and included.

• Student Assessment: Create and grade quizzes, tests, and homework to track progress, and provide feedback to help students improve.

• Attendance and Records: Take daily student attendance and keep accurate records of grades and school activities.

• Support and Mentoring: Offer extra help to students who struggle, support female students or those with special needs, and act as a positive role model.
