Meryz Gift & Decor specializes in gift items and event decoration services. To support our business expansion and bring distinctive, high-quality products to our customers, we are seeking five creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Product Development & Craft Specialists to join our team.
Successful candidates will help transform innovative ideas into attractive, well-crafted products that reflect the company’s brand, meet customer expectations, and serve both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and develop distinctive, modern gift items and creative packaging concepts that deliver an engaging unboxing experience.
Handcraft high-quality products using a variety of materials, including wood, fabrics, LED lighting, and decorative elements.
Design and produce gift and décor items using preserved flowers and other natural materials.
Develop customized, laser-engraved, and personalized products tailored to the branding and gifting needs of corporate and business-to-business (B2B) clients.
Experiment with materials, colors, finishes, and production techniques to create innovative product designs.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, product quality, visual appeal, and consistency.
Organize work efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of completed orders.
Collaborate with team members to refine concepts, solve production challenges, and continuously improve products.
Practical Skill Test: Candidates may be required to demonstrate their crafting skills through a practical test during the interview process, given that products are handmade.
Creativity and Trend Awareness: Passion for following, adapting, and applying current global and local modern gift and decor trends.
Workplace Location & Setup: On-site / Workshop-based position requiring full physical presence.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Relevant experience in product design, handmade crafts, industrial design, creative production, or a related field.
Practical skills and a strong interest in handcrafting, woodworking, decorative design, and packaging design and finishing techniques.
Creativity and the ability to turn concepts and ideas into finished, market-ready products.
Good understanding of materials, colors, textures, and finishing details, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work carefully, maintain quality standards, and manage time to meet deadlines.
Honesty, commitment, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute ideas as part of a team.
