Mol Con A Engineering PLC is an Ethiopian multidisciplinary engineering and construction company based in Addis Ababa, engaged in infrastructure, construction, electrical, electromechanical, and water-related projects. Established in 2009 E.C., the company provides services in high-voltage transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution, water supply and sanitation, irrigation and drainage, civil construction, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, warehouses, and general contracting. Mol Con A Engineering has worked with government institutions, utilities, international contractors, and private-sector organizations on projects across Ethiopia, including engagements with PowerChina, Sinohydro, Ethiopian Electric Power, Ethiopian Electric Utility, and Habesha Cement. With Grade 1 competencies in General Contracting, Water Works, and Electromechanical Works, the company focuses on technical expertise, quality execution, safety, and professional standards in delivering infrastructure and engineering solutions.
Job Requirements
Education:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years and above out of which 3 years work experience on the specified position,
Experience in crusher and batching plant operations preferred
Salary: Competitive salary, negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualification
Work Location: This position is based at Addis Ababa
Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
