Develop procurement plans.
Identify and evaluate suppliers.
Obtain and evaluate quotations.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure economical and transparent procurement.
Coordinate purchasing requirements with user departments.
Monitor purchase orders and deliveries.
Maintain supplier records and performance evaluations.
Ensure proper procurement documentation.
Monitor procurement costs and identify savings.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
