QC Manager (Full time)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented the QC Manager – Laboratory Technologist is responsible for managing and overseeing laboratory quality control activities to ensure that pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and related materials meet established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position ensures proper laboratory operations, testing procedures, documentation, equipment management, and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• Manage and supervise daily QC laboratory activities.

• Conduct and oversee testing of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Review and approve laboratory test results and Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and operation of laboratory equipment.

• Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and implement corrective actions.

• Manage laboratory reagents, chemicals, and reference standards.

• Train and supervise laboratory staff.

• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and quality investigations

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•  BSc in Medical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Relevant professional registration/license

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory/QC experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

• Experience with pharmaceutical quality control procedures and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Requirement skill

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
