Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified & energetic applicants for the following vacant posts

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable quality standards
- Develop and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, procedures, and work instructions
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Identify non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct root-cause analysis and follow up corrective actions
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, finished products, and quality records
-Analyze data, defects, customer complaints, and process performance
- Work closely with different departments
- Manage customer quality complaints and ensure timely resolution
-Prepare periodic quality performance reports for management
-Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team
- Promote continuous improvement and a strong quality culture throughout the organization
Job Requirements
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
-Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in flexible packaging Industry, at least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
-Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
-Experience in internal auditing
Requirement Skill
-Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Good computer skills, including MS Office
-ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
-Leadership and team management
-Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
-Data analysis and reporting
