Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused female professionals to join our team as Quality Assurance Officers. The successful candidates will ensure high standards of service delivery and operational excellence across our agency functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call selected candidates to explain the required documents and guide them in fulfilling the requirements promptly and according to company policy.
• Accelerate candidate deployment and streamline processing timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address feedback and implement quality improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation of service audits and reports.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Female candidates.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the service and hospitality industry.
• Fluency in Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, and English, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in IT tools and modern office software.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Working Hours and Conditions:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ETB 20,000.
• Commission: Performance-based incentives.
