Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ø  Quality Management
Ø  Raw Material and Supplier Quality
Ø  Food Safety Management
Ø  Laboratory and Testing Activities
Ø  Non-Conformance and Corrective Action
Ø  Audits and Compliance
Ø  Team Management
 Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quality assurance/control leadership/Managerial/ role within food manufacturing, confectionery, beverage, consumer goods, or a related industry.
Demonstrated experience in food quality control and food safety management.
Practical knowledge of HACCP, GMP, quality inspection, laboratory analysis, and auditing.

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with relevant professional certifications, specialized training, or practical experience in the following areas will have an added advantage, depending on the position:
HACCP
GMP
ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management Systems
Quality Management Systems
