Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc is a flexible packaging factory, has established in September 25, 2004 E.C located at Nifas Silk lafto behind Kadisco building,

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified & energetic applicants for the following vacant posts

Position: Quality Inspector

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable

Terms of employment: permanent

Employment type: Full time

Quality Inspector

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials

• Monitor quality during production processes

• Inspect and test finished products according to approved specifications

• Identify, document, and report non-conformities

• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions

• Maintain quality inspection and testing record.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance and trends

• Coordinate with Production, Store, Maintenance, and other relevant  departments to resolve quality problems

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company quality procedures

• Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities

• Provide technical guidance to junior quality control personnel

• Prepare periodic quality reports for management

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

-Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in a Flexible packaging Industry 

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Requirement Skill

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
