• Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Project Management or related fields

• Experience: 10/9 years of relevant experience respectively

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research projects aligned with organizational priorities.

• Prepare and present research findings to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance research goals.

• Facilitate the adoption and implementation of innovative solutions based on research findings.

• Manage the division’s resources and budget effectively.

• Maintain databases and knowledge repositories for research outputs and innovation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations in research activities.

• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization.

• Develop policies and procedures to guide research and innovation activities.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
