Position Title: RESERVATION AGENT 

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. 

• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel position is an advantage. 

• Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Good command of spoken and written English. 

• Strong customer-service skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts. 

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
