What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown:
- Contact customers by phone/in person/ to remind and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and payment status
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly plan
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets
- Prepare reports on collection activities
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: 1 yr for BA degree & 2 yrs for Diploma

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills

- Strong communication skill
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field
