Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0 year

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage

Quantity Required: 2

Salary: 12000

Location: Bole, Addis Ababa Office-based

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and follow up with interested prospects.

• Understand their education, preferred destination, budget, and intended intake.

• Explain our services clearly and answer initial questions.

• Book consultations and confirm appointments.

• Keep accurate records of conversations and next steps.

• Meet agreed lead qualification and appointment targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in Amharic and English.

• Confidence on calls, strong listening skills, and consistent follow-up.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

• Having a reliable laptop and being willing to use it for work.
