Sales & Inventory Control Officer( Buna Pen & Buna plate)

Job Description

Job Purpose :- Ensure product availability for sales channels by monitoring, reconciling and controlling finished-goods inventory across warehouses and vans/agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and movement across warehouses, vans and agent locations.

• Reconcile physical stock counts against system records and investigate variances.

• Coordinate replenishment planning with Logistics & Distribution and Marketing (promotions).

• Flag slow-moving/aging stock and stock-out risks to Sales Administration and Sales Division leadership.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and periodic stock reports.

• Support loss-prevention and inventory-control audits.

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory accuracy (system vs. physical variance %).

• Stock-out incidents at point of sale.

• Inventory turnover and aging-stock levels.

• Timeliness of stock reconciliation and reporting.

• Audit findings related to inventory control.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

Education:

• BA in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 

• 3-5 years of inventory/stock-control experience, preferably in FMCG.

• Strong analytical skills and ERP/inventory-system proficiency.
