Sales System Analyst

Job Description

Sales System Analyst is responsible to Coordinate and support Sales system related activities for the sales team end users and data encoders at another end.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Provide technical guidance in process development projects and support end users for the assigned regions.
• Collect business requirements, and analyze them to deliver customized solutions according to requirements and technology
• Coordinate with users to develop system requirements if the application needs enhancement or new development is required as per business needs.
• Provide functional expertise to the project, identify, and document the functional requirements.
• Prepare design, perform testing, and create documents for the application changes.
• Provide support in the creation of conceptual designs for the system.
• Update the status of the project to all stakeholders including users and team members.
• Test systems, identify bugs, debug, and resolve the issues.

Educational Qualifications

BSC degree in Computer Science/ Information System/ Data Science

Required Skill and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG preferably to have 1-year experience of applications development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Able to Work under pressure.
