Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Sanitary Engineer to oversee the planning, installation, inspection, and maintenance of sanitary and plumbing systems for real estate construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all sanitary works are completed according to approved designs, technical standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret sanitary, plumbing, and drainage drawings and specifications.

• Supervise the installation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and sanitary systems.

• Coordinate sanitary works with structural, architectural, electrical, and other construction activities.

• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of sanitary works.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues or defects.

• Ensure sanitary installations comply with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards.

• Prepare and review material requirements, quantity estimates, and technical documents.

• Monitor the quality and proper installation of pipes, fittings, pumps, tanks, fixtures, and related equipment.

• Conduct testing and commissioning of sanitary and plumbing systems.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate site challenges to management.

• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, testing, and completed works.

• Support the project team in resolving technical and site-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Technical school in Sanitary Engineering, Water Supply and Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction or real estate projects.

• Experience in sanitary, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems.

• Experience working on residential or commercial building projects is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
