Identify and fix water leakages, pipe blockages, drainage problems, and sewerage system defects.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of plumbing and sanitary installations to minimize breakdowns and service interruptions.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing problems reported by tenants, occupants, or management.
Inspect water tanks, pumps, water distribution systems, and related accessories and report any defects requiring specialized intervention.
Perform unclogging and cleaning of drainage pipes, sewer lines, floor drains, and other wastewater disposal systems.
Ensure proper installation and functionality of sanitary fixtures during maintenance, renovation, and construction activities.
Maintain and properly use plumbing tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports indicating completed works, identified defects, materials consumed, and outstanding maintenance requirements.
Maintain a reasonable stock of frequently used plumbing materials and report shortages to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and the Company's maintenance procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
