Vamos Trading plc is one of the prominent Private companies in Ethiopia. It incorporates five legal business entities namely; Vamos construction, Vamos real-estate, Vamos hotel, Vamos Import /Export and Vamos concrete batching plant trading plc.

 Job Summary

Senior Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording products in the warehouse to maintain accurate stock records and efficient inventory management.  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Bin Cards, ERP systems, or manual tracking tools.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with purchase orders.

• Manage proper storage, organization, and arrangement of warehouse space.

• Ensure safe handling and storage conditions for all goods.

• Prepare documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Dispatch items using FIFO method (using stock tagging date of receipt and quantity)

• Report stock shortages, damages, and inventory status to finance and management teams.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security to prevent theft or loss.

• Archive completed bid documents for future reference.

Job Requirements

  Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or level/BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 6/4 years’ experience.

• Experience in Microsoft Office.
