Job Summary

Dynamic Construction PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting the company's financial management activities.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or with related field of study 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the construction sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

•  Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers. 

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

• Prepare and review bank reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations

• Coordinate budget preparation and financial planning activities.

• Supervise accounting staff and provide technical guidance.

• Support external and internal audit activities.

• Prepare management reports and financial analyses. 

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree/Sage, ERP systems, etc.).
