Position 1: Legal Counsel

• Job Title: Senior Auditor

• Department: Internal Audit and Compliance

• Reports To: Internal Audit and Compliance Manager

• Location: Addis Ababa with periodic travel to the plant

• Required No: 1

Plan and perform internal audits, review business processes and transactions, evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, follow up on audit findings and management action plans, and support investigations when required. Contribute to strengthening the company’s internal control environment and promoting a strong culture of compliance and accountability.

Job Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in internal and/or external audit

• Experience in beverage and/or FMCG, manufacturing industries

• Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent and Certification in IFRS is an added advantage.
