• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical ,General Mechanic or Metal Works

Experience

• 5–7+ years of professional experience

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable / Attractive

Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Examining vehicle damages and conducting dimensions measurements.

• Straightening, repairing, and returning vehicles to their original specifications.

• Performing and completing any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisors.

• Demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, plan and coordinate, and manage workflow.

• Possessing managerial experience and being ready to discuss complex repairs and training junior technicians.

• Demonstrating technical literacy by producing sketches and reading work plans.

• Possessing welding skills across all techniques and being the technical ceiling for the shop.

• Demonstrating experience in managing workflow, enforcing safety protocols, and checking others' work quality.

• Demonstrating practical skills in measuring techniques and welding standards.

• Desiring to move into a lead role without leaving the workshop floor.
