General Purpose of the Job:

Senior Electromechanical Engineer is responsible for guiding the engineering team, providing technical direction, and ensuring the seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components to deliver high quality, reliable, and cost-effective products or systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of complex electromechanical systems, products, or components

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to ensure the seamless integration of system components

• Develop  and  optimize  system  architectures,  mechanical  designs,  and  control  algorithms  to  enhance  the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of electromechanical solutions

• Oversee the development and implementation of prototypes, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and pilot projects

• Coordinate the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance processes

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure the quality and reliability of electromechanical systems

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of electromechanical

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or with related field of study

• Experience: 4/2/0 years  of  progressive  experience  in  electromechanical  design,  development,  and  project management.
