Senior Environment and workplace safety officer

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor environmental protection and occupational health and safety plans, procedures, and programs.

• Conduct regular workplace inspections, environmental assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental risks.

• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation, occupational health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.

• Identify, assess, and evaluate workplace hazards and environmental impacts and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

• Monitor the implementation of environmental management plans and occupational health and safety procedures at construction projects and other work locations.

• Investigate workplace accidents, occupational injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements

MSc/BSc Degree in Environmental Science & Public Health With 2/4 years of work experience

Only work experience gained after the required educational qualification will be considered.

Relevant work experience" refers to service within the specified professional field; the submitted proof of work experience must indicate the payment of employment tax, the salary, and the duration of the service provided.
