Job Description

General Purpose of the Job:

This position is responsible for coordinating & leading the examination and inspection of the Company’s overall financial and operational activities to ensure their compliance with Company Policies &procedures as well as relevant laws of the country.

Job Requirements

• Education:  Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or with related field of study

• Experience: 5/4 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting/Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the internal audit activities.

• Develop annual audit plan and budget; identify areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency.

• Provide expert advice, support and recommendations to management and staff on a range of complex internal audit, compliance, audit and risk management matters, in accordance with established government policies and procedures, legislative requirements and professional  standards

• Discusses audit findings and details of the reviews with Internal Audit Head

• Facilitate  and  arrange  for  the  external  audit  process  and  ensure  &  follow  up  that  the  findings  & recommendations of the external auditor are acted upon.

• Prepare periodic performance report of the audit section and submit to Internal Audit Head.
