Gadaa Bank was established to empower low and medium-income groups in Ethiopia, including farmers, pastoralists, young entrepreneurs, and women without access to financial services, particularly loans suited to their needs. With over 28,000 shareholders, the bank’s foundation was made possible through their support. The founding shareholders’ meeting took place in August 2021, leading to the election of an eleven-member board of directors and the appointment of a CEO. Gadaa Bank officially received its license on April 26, 2022, to operate in the Ethiopian banking sector.
Job Requirements
Education:

BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study
Certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker, Systems Security Certified and fortinet Certified Associate are advantageous
Experience:
Salary: We offer a competitive salary As per the Bank’s scale.
Work Location: This position is based at Head Office
Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
