Review and evaluate construction materials in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, and applicable codes.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction material testing activities.
Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and suitability of construction materials.

Job Requirements
MSc & BSc Degree in Material Engineer, or ,Highway Engineering , or related field With 2/4 years of work experience in Material Engineer on asphalt road projects, demonstrated experience
In pavement structure design
Strong knowledge of Asphalt Mix design Soil Mechanics & material testing methods,
Familiarity with relevant software (example pavement design software, AutoCAD),
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication Skills,
Registered/licensed engineer (if applicable) is advantageous
Only work experience gained after the required educational qualification will be considered.e
