To strengthen our hospital team, Sher Ethiopia Hospital is seeking to recruit one (1) Senior Midwife Nurse with strong hands-on experience in labor and delivery and other gynecological activities to support safe maternal and newborn care.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc Degree in Midwifery nursing from a recognized University/College

• Experience: 4 years and above at hospital or health center level

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Provide direct clinical care during labor, delivery, and postpartum period.

•  Manage routine obstetric and gynecological procedures within scope of practice

• Support safe delivery practices, including newborn care and monitoring

• Document maternal and newborn records accurately

• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare teams

•  Assist with patient counseling and health education as required

•  Professional Requirement: Active/Renewed professional license Discipline

•  Release from the current employer Proactive
