SENIOR PROJECT CHANGE ANALYST

Job Grade: IX
Salary Range: ETB 52,400
Terms of Employment: Regular base after a 60-day probation period
Working Languages: Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English (Afaan Oromo is mandatory)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities
Receive, register, classify, and assess project Change Requests (CRs).
Analyze the impact of proposed changes on scope, cost, schedule, resources, requirements, architecture, quality, security, and risks.
Prepare Change Impact Assessment Reports and recommendations.
Coordinate change review and approval processes with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure approved changes are incorporated into project plans, designs, schedules, and deliverables.
Monitor implementation of approved changes and verify completion while identifying scope creep.
Support preparation of variation orders, additional work requests, and extension-of-time requests.
Facilitate change review meetings, maintain change documentation, and prepare periodic status reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
3 years of relevant professional experience for BSc holders / 1 year for MSc holders in project change management, business analysis, project management, software development, or related areas.
Proven experience working on software development, ERP, SaaS, digital transformation, or ICT projects.
Experience in analyzing and managing project scope changes, change requests, requirements, and impacts.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, QA, DevOps, and clients.
Certifications (Advantage): At least one professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or Agile/Scrum.
