Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of4 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and marketing goals.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in sales and marketing software and CRM tools.
Minimum sales experience in construction, real estate, concrete admixtures, building materials, or related sectors
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
Good knowledge of the local construction market is an advantage
