Ethio-Nippon technical company S.C (ENITCO) is a leading distributor and retailer of Construction Machineries, power products, material handling equipment (FORKLIFT), vehicles, and Automotive Batteries from globally renowned OEMS. In 2020, ENITCO embarked in agricultural export business. We offer extensive range of Ethiopian origin premium quality Oil Seeds, Pulses, Spices and washed and natural Green Coffee Beans to the world. ENITCO would like to invite qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant positions:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under general supervision, follows up transit and customs clearance activities; ensures that delivery of foreign purchased goods to company warehouses is carried out timely, economically and in good order; pays for handling, storage, inland freight inspection, port fees and customs duty.
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and supervising import, customs clearance, and transit activities.
Prepare and process import licenses, permits, customs declarations, and related documents.
Check imported goods against invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with customs authorities, clearing agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.
Follow up on customs duties, transit expenses, insurance, bank payments, and other related payments.
Ensure imported goods are cleared and delivered on time, while minimizing storage and related costs.
Monitor the movement and delivery of goods and keep customers informed of shipment status.
Identify and report shortages, losses, or damages and follow up on insurance and customs claims.
Maintain proper records, files, reports, and documentation related to import and clearance activities.
Perform other import, logistics, customs, and transit-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualification
From recognized university/college first degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Supply chain and Logistics Management & Marketing Management training in accounting software application and FIRS
4 years s related work experience
