Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year proven professional background in content creation or social media management within the tourism industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop content ideas, captions, short-form videos, reels, and campaign content.

• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions, with a 1-hour response window.

• Track engagement, reach, leads, and content performance

• Support paid boosting and make data-driven recommendations.

• Prepare weekly/monthly content and performance reports.

• Stay updated on trends, platform algorithms, and relevant tourism content.
