Job Summary:
A digitally savvy, strategic communicator who can build an engaged online audience and translate social activity into measurable brand and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the social media content calendar across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns to promote property listings and brand awareness

• Write engaging captions and copy aligned with Kavod's brand voice- Monitor, respond to, and grow audience engagement across channels

• Track and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation) and adjust strategy accordingly

• Coordinate with the Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to plan and brief visual/video content needs

• Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices relevant to real estate marketing

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization

• Proven track record of growing engagement and following across multiple platforms

• Experience running paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance data

• Strong copywriting skills

• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)

• Experience in real estate, property, hospitality, or B2B brand marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinker who is also data-driven and results-oriented

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
