• Proven experience managing social media pages and engaging with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.

• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.

• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend improvements.
