• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Kitchen Operation or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing a diverse menu of salads, bowls, smoothies, toppings, and grab-and-go items; ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation.

• Lead line setup, line checks, and daily mise en place; monitor production yield and waste, optimizing for cost efficiency.

• Ensure allergen controls, labeling accuracy, and nutritional information across all menu items

• Supervise kitchen stations (cold preparation, assembly lines, juice preparation, and bakery  ); mentor line cooks and preparation staff.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs for food safety, sanitation, equipment usage, and cleanliness
