Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory and daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, organizing stock, maintaining flawless records, and ensuring that goods flow efficiently in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate possesses excellent time-management skills, high accuracy in data entry, and the physical stamina required for inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels using digital software or manual logs to prevent shortages.
• Stock Reception: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and safely dispatch items for internal use or customer delivery.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all inventory movements, damages, and returns.
• Space Optimization: Organize storage areas systematically to maximize space and ensure fast item retrieval.
• Quality & Safety Control: Keep the store clean and organized while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and resolve system discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

• BSc degree in Accounting & Finance, related Business fields, or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Stock Controller, or Warehouse Clerk, specifically in the horticulture industry.

Software Literacy:

• Familiarity with basic inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
