With over six decades of experience, ETTE operates a network of duty-free and duty-paid retail outlets, offering a diverse range of products including handicrafts, souvenirs, electronics, and luxury goods. The enterprise also engages in the production of traditional Ethiopian art and crafts, aiming to showcase the country’s unique cultural identity to both domestic and international customers. What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Set daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual objectives and communicate them to employees
Leading and managing a team of operators, assigning daily tasks, and setting clear objectives
Advertisement
Preparing and Monitoring arts production schedules, workflow, and outputs to achieve targets.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
Ensure projects are completed and delivered before set deadline.etc
What We’re Looking For
Educational Requirements:
Years of Experience:
10/ 8 years’ work experience in modeling, glazing and designing ceramic products or related
Proven experience in a production team leadership or supervisory role is often expected Familiarity with production metrics, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
