Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify new business opportunities and public or private tenders daily through online procurement portals, tracking platforms, and industry publications.

  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, coordinating the lifecycle of a tender from initial evaluation and risk assessment to the final submission.

  • Compile, review, and organize all required bidding documentation, including legal papers, financial statements, experience certificates, and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with internal departments—such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams—to gather accurate pricing data and technical inputs for proposals.

  • Maintain and renew company registrations, business licenses, and pre-qualification statuses with government bodies, corporate clients, and vendor portals.

  • Ensure strict compliance with procurement guidelines, statutory regulations, and strict deadlines to eliminate any risk of bid disqualification.

  • Track and report the status of submitted bids, representing the company at public tender openings, site visits, or pre-bid clarification meetings when necessary.

  • Maintain an organized digital archive of all past submissions, standardized templates, clarification letters, and company credentials for rapid future retrieval.
