Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in tender preparation, procurement, bid management, or a related field.

• Experience preparing tenders for generators, pumps, or industrial equipment is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities for generators, pumps, and related equipment.

• Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.

• Prepare technical and financial proposals, compliance documents, product datasheets, and quotations.

• Coordinate with suppliers for prices and technical documents, and maintain tender records and follow-up.

• Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified deadlines.

• Perform other tender-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Coordinate with the sales, finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic technical knowledge of generators, water pumps, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and tender requirements accurately.

• Good organization, attention to detail, deadline management, communication, and Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
