Manages an organization's end-to-end digital bidding workflow to secure public sector contracts.

eGP Bid Officer's duties span from initial portal monitoring to the final digital submission
Portal Monitoring: Scanning target eGP portals daily using specific Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes or keywords.
Eligibility Filtering: Reviewing the Invitation for Bids (IFB) to ensure the company meets financial turnover, experience, and legal requirements before committing resources.
Document Preparation: Gathering standard corporate documentation (tax clearances, registration certificates, financial audits) and tailoring technical proposals.
eGP System Management: Uploading technical and financial bids into separate encrypted slots, ensuring correct file formatting, and managing .
Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) or security tokens.

Clarification Tracking: Submitting formal queries through the eGP portal's clarification module before the pre-bid deadline and monitoring addenda.

Job Requirements

Work Experience 3+ years
BA or BSC degree with Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Business administration, IT, any Related.
Specializing in eGP (Electronic Government Procurement) Mandatory.
