Job Description

The scope of a Trainer involves delivering effective training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of skilled and daily labor employees. Trainers design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and courses tailored to their specific needs and the requirements of the organization. They assess training requirements through collaboration with management, develop engaging instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions based on participant feedback and performance metrics

Duties and Responsibilities

• Training Design: Develop and customize training programs and materials tailored to the needs of skilled and daily labor employees.

  Advertisement

• Facilitation: Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.

• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps among skilled and daily labor employees.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior trainers, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.

• Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement changes based on evaluation outcomes and industry best practices.

• Content Development: Create and update training content to ensure relevance and engagement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on training outcomes, participant progress, and recommendations for improvements.

• Certification: Provide training and assess skilled and daily labor employees to ensure they meet the required competency standards for certification.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSC in Civil Engineering related field of study

• Experience: 4 years of experience preferably on road projects
