Job Summary:
ASER Construction PLC invites qualified applicants for the Tunnel Boring Machine Operator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring tunnel boring machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and project requirements. Construction industry experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth tunneling operations.
- Conduct routine operational inspections before, during, and after machine use.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or operational issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Follow project plans, technical instructions, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational records and machine logs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous workflow and timely project execution.
- Perform additional related duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Minimum of 4 years and above direct work experience.
