Job Summary

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a genuine passion for children's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and overall development through engaging educational activities, English language development, and effective daily care routines

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study (required).

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant teaching or childcare experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and professional care for both babies.

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.

• Encourage early English language development and communication.

• Organize storytelling, singing, reading, games, and creative play activities.

• Support the children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

• Establish and maintain healthy daily routines, including learning, playtime, meals, and rest.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of both babies at all times.

• Monitor children's progress and communicate regularly with parents.

• Apply positive, patient, and effective child-management techniques.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong childcare and child management skills.

• Patient, trustworthy, creative, and responsible.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to care for and manage two babies simultaneously.
