Job Summary
On behalf of our clients we are looking for a Backend Developer to create and maintain robust server-side applications that power modern web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing efficient APIs, ensuring system performance and security, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.
- Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Requirements
- 2 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization methods (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Experience using Git and Docker.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with microservices, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
